These terms govern your use of Pull Up Q, a virtual waitlist and appointment service that lets businesses manage their line and notify customers by text message and phone call. By using the service or opting in to messages, you agree to these terms.
The service
Pull Up Q lets you join a business’s waitlist or book an appointment and receive notifications about your status. Businesses are responsible for their own operations, hours, pricing, and any food, drinks, or services they offer.
Text messaging program
- Program: Pull Up Q sends transactional waitlist and appointment notifications on behalf of the business you interact with.
- Opt‑in: You opt in by texting a business’s keyword (e.g., JOIN) to its number, or by providing your number on a check‑in or booking page.
- Message types: Your place in line, when your table or appointment is ready, and appointment reminders.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt‑out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age & alcohol
Where a business offers alcoholic beverages, ordering is restricted to guests of legal drinking age. You must confirm you are of legal age to view or order such items, and the business will verify a valid ID before serving. Payment for any food or drinks is handled directly by the business.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to submit phone numbers you aren’t authorized to provide.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law,Pull Up Q is not liable for missed notifications, wait‑time estimates, or any business’s acts or omissions.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
