Pull Up Q (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a virtual waitlist and appointment service that lets businesses manage their line and notify customers by text message and phone call. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Your name (optional) and mobile phone number
- Party size and waitlist/appointment details you provide
- Messages you send to a business’s number and our notifications to you
How we use your information
- To add you to a business’s waitlist or book your appointment
- To send you transactional updates: your place in line, when your table or appointment is ready, and appointment reminders
- To let the business you’re visiting serve you
SMS / text messaging
By texting a business’s keyword (e.g., JOIN) or providing your number on a check‑in or booking page, you consent to receive transactional text messages from that business through Pull Up. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text‑messaging consent (opt‑in data) with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt‑in information is never shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We share your information only with: (1) the business you chose to visit or book with, so they can serve you; and (2) service providers that operate our platform on our behalf — our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver texts and calls, and our database provider (Supabase) to store waitlist data. These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep waitlist and appointment records only as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business records. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect your information.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us below.
